Booth Information

Each standard exhibit booth comes with a table and two chairs.  Tricord, the shower decorator, will email Exhibitor Packets in July.

Registration & Hotel Room Block Access

For 2026, CAPCA moved to a simpler pricing structure where conference registration is no longer bundled with exhibit booths or participation. This allows each company to choose exactly who attends and reduces the administrative complexity around unused or reassigned comps.

All exhibitors and attendees must register for the conference. To offset this change, exhibitor booth rates and conference registration fees have been reduced, allowing companies to select and pay only for the registrations they need.

All conference participants – exhibitors, speakers, and CE attendees – have access to the full program, including meals and network events: Sunday lunch, exhibitor hall food and beverages during the Welcome Happy Hour, Monday lunch, the Monday evening event with drinks and appetizers, and Tuesday breakfast. 

CAPCA Individual Members enjoy an early bird rate of $395, while non-Individual Members are $575.  All are welcome to become Individual Members of CAPCA and join a growing community of professionals who support and advance California agriculture. Non-licensed professionals are welcome to join as Associate Members for just $64 or $61 with auto-renewal. Be sure to select your membership preference before registration to ensure the proper rate.

Once a registration is purchased and complete, a confirmation email will be sent with access to the hotel room block.
