2026 SPOTS ARE SOLD OUT. Eligible companies are selected on a first-come, first-served basis, pending review and acceptance of submitted application. They will be placed on the wait list in the order received in case of a company dropping out.

CAPCA will have limited space for products that are not EPA registered compounds.

General Eligibility Information

SPONSORED CE SESSIONS are 10-minute educational presentations, which fall into one of the following categories:

DPR Laws Eligible – Presentations focusing on label changes and new products, which qualify for DPR CE category “Laws” (L).
DPR Other Eligible – Presentations with updates on a product or series of products by your company in context to pest and disease management and how the product(s) may be used within an IPM program. The material must qualify for DPR CE category “Other” (O).
Non-DPR Eligible – Presentations eligible for CCA credit only. These spots are limited availability.

Eligibility to participate in sponsored CE sessions is summarized as follows:

Presentation must be able to meet CDPR accreditation standards. If concerned, check CE category example topics for a list of approved topics.
Product or use must be approved (not pending) in California. Applications with pending products will be declined.
Presentations are to be technical. The following are specifically forbidden:
- Comparison with other products in such a way that those products are identifiable, unless:
  - Those products are proprietary products of the presenting company
  - Those products are no longer available in the marketplace
- Economic analysis (i.e. ROI estimates)
- Section 18 registrations

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ:

Selected companies must be prepared to submit their presentations within 30 days of acceptance to allow for presentation review. Any included videos must be provided in advance and should be embedded as part of the PowerPoint submission. No commercials are allowed.

Missed deadlines for submitting presentation content may result in late fees billed to presenting company. No refunds or cancellations once approved.

For online CE presentations: Due to production costs and development timeline, changes to presentation after approval, or requests to re-record presentation information, will result in additional expense to presenting company.
