46th Annual CAPCA Conference & Agri-Expo

Update on CAPCA’s Annual Conference

The CAPCA Board has decided in the best interest of the Association and its Members to transfer our normally scheduled event to an online event this year.

We are moving forward with putting our energy into a great online program for attendees to engage in Continuing Education and some other virtual activities for 2020. We will be in touch in the coming days to communicate opportunities for you and your company to participate.

7/10 UPDATE! Current first-offer Sponsors have until end of day today July 10th to confirm. We anticipate there will be a few available Sponsorships, click here if you are interested in a list of available Sponsorships on July 13th.

2020 Conference Sponsors will have first right of refusal for 2021 Conference Sponsorships, whether or not Conference is held in-person, online or combination.

Thank you for your patience while we built out the options for this year’s digital Conference: Please take a moment to review the options and specs for what will be the Exhibitor/Exhibit Hall substitution this year (linked below).

July 14th is the deadline to confirm participation in the 2020 Show Guide (print and digital editions). Show Guide Exhibitor forms received after July 14th may not receive accommodation for their order (pending remaining available space in the print edition, orders may be adjusted to digital-only option at adjusted pricing).

7/10 UPDATE! There may be the opportunity to participate in the Label Update ($500) – click here to be added to the waiting list.

Refunds: We understand that the changes this year are not what anyone anticipated when we opened Exhibitor sign ups last year – any company that wishes to request a full refund for any paid Conference Exhibitor or Sponsorship fees may do so. We kindly ask that refund requests be submitted by July 15th. There will be no refunds for Sustaining Memberships.

Please note that participation as an Exhibitor in the Show Guide including add on items for 2020 holds your current spot for booth placement in 2021 (pending any changes to Sustaining Membership levels). At this time, there are no firm plans for the 2021 Conference, but our intentions would be to resume in-person meetings as feasible.

Above is a button to submit your Show Guide Exhibitor form for this year – we do have a limit to space in the physical Show Guide, but one advantage to digital is there are no limitations to the number of Show Guide Exhibitors we can accommodate in the digital medium.

Other Important Sponsor/Exhibitor Deadlines

  • Print Ready material provided by August 20th (Print and Digital Show Guide versions)
  • Digital Link due by August 20th (Print and Digital Show Guide versions)
  • Online CE Platform Digital Exhibit Hall material due by September 1st (Basic and Custom)
  • Any outstanding invoices are due by September 1st to be included in print and digital Show Guide
