Students interested in or actively pursuing a Pest Control Adviser's license and all the career options available are encouraged to attend!
Get insight from industry representatives and meet with career PCAs and CAPCA members at CAPCA's annual Student Network Event. The event will include career advice from active PCAs, tips from company recruiters for making a positive impression, a guided networking time to practice professional skills, an overview of making the most of Conference as a student, and internship/job information for next year.
Student Information

Educators with students interested in pursuing a Pest Control Adviser's license should plan to attend!
This is a fantastic opportunity for students AND educators to network with industry professionals. Also take advantage of the Educators' Workshop at 10 a.m. Sponsorships for groups from your campus may be available, but they are limited.

12 p.m. Student Network Event Begins - Lunch & Career Session (Students, Educators & Industry Representatives)

2 p.m. Breakouts - PCA Career Options & Networking (Students, Educators & Industry Representatives)

4 p.m. Event Concludes

Access to the Agri Trade Show until 6 p.m.

Information for Students

The event will be held in conjunction with CAPCA's Annual Conference on Sunday, November 3, 2019 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, NV. Registration options for Student include:

  • Student Conference Registration (includes 3 Day Conference & Student Network) $150
  • Sunday-only Student Registration (Student Network & Sunday access to Agri-Trade Show) $50

*DPR license holders are not eligible for CE hours if registered for Conference as a Student or Educator.

Student Sponsorships

Limited sponsorship assistance to assist with registration may be available via CAPCA Chapters or organizations, but it is not guaranteed and does not cover travel or lodging expenses.

Any student that registers through the Conference website with outstanding registration fees two weeks before Conference will get a reminder to pay and may be dropped from the registration list. 

DO NOT DELAY - the sooner you plan your group's participation, the more likely we can secure funding.
