CAPCA registration desk will be available on Sunday, November 3rd  beginning at 8 am.

Name badges are not needed for the Saturday activities, (Golf & Exhibitor Set-up). The Conference Continuing Education program will begin Sunday, November 3rd at 1 pm. Conference dress is business casual for all events.


Optional Events (additional fees)

Golf Tournament – Saturday, November 3 from 9 am – 2:30 pm at the LakeRidge Golf Course. Transportation will be on your own.

Nitrogen Management Meeting – Sunday, November 3 from 8 am – 12 pm. The event will be accredited for CCA hours only.

Student Network Event – Sunday, November 3 from 12 – 4 pm.  You must be pre-registered for this event.  If you register for this event, further information will be sent to you via email.

Substitutions & Cancellations

Substitutions for paid registrants must be received in writing prior to October 3, 2019. NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE MADE AFTER October 3, 2019!

Cancellations received in writing, by email, fax, or postmarked by October 3, 2019, will be refunded fees paid minus a $75 handling fee. ALL Refunds will be processed after November 7, 2019.
