How to Register for the 48th Annual CAPCA Conference & Agri-Expo

Things to remember:

  • Once registered for the CAPCA Annual Conference, you will receive an order confirmation AND an email providing a link to the room block.
    Check your junk/spam email folders if you do not see these TWO emails.
  • Membership discounts are only available when logged into the account your CAPCA membership is associated with.
  • Only the logged in member is eligible for a discounted registration rate.
    A membership discount will not be applied to any additional registrations purchased in the same order.

How to Register Yourself

1. Login to your CAPCA.com account

2. Once logged in, select if
you are registering:
+ For yourself
+ Yourself & others

How to Register
  • NOTE: only choose an option with "Other(s)" if you are purchasing for someone in addition to, or instead of yourself.

3. Choose "Set CE" to tell
CAPCA if you need
CE credit or not.

  • NOTE: This is required to proceed, so be sure to select if you need CE or not.

 

*Any license types not listed as an option but advertised as accredited for conference will have onsite CE tracking.

4. Complete all sections of
the form and click "Next" to
proceed to payment.

Now follow these steps by clicking HERE to register for Conference.

How to Register Others

1. Login to your CAPCA.com account

2. Once logged in, select
if you're registering:
+ Yourself & others
+ Others

How to Register
  • NOTE: only choose an option with "Other(s)" if you are purchasing for someone in addition to, or instead of yourself.

3. If registering
Yourself + Other(s) click
"Set CE" to tell CAPCA
if YOU need CE or not

  • NOTE: This is required to proceed, so be sure to select if you need CE or not.

4. If registering
Yourself + Other(s) complete
all sections of the form for yourself

5. Add Other(s) by clicking
the "+ Add" button

6. Add attendee's name, their
email address, and if they require
CE credit or not at conference

NOTE: make sure you have the CORRECT
email address for the attendee,
since they will need to complete
the registration form for themselves

6. Select if the attendee will be
booking their own hotel room
or if you will be booking for them

NOTE: only one room reservation per
Attendee is granted, so whatever is selected
is the ONLY room that will be
provided for the registration.

*If the Attendee will book their own room,
the reservation email will be sent to the email
provided so be sure it is accurate.

6. Once all Other(s) attendees
have been added, click "Next"
to proceed to payment

How to Create a CAPCA Account

1. Click on the "Login" option on the CAPCA Homepage

  • You can also click here to skip this step.

2. Enter your email address and preferred password and click "Register"

  • Once the account is created, you can use it to register for conference, click here.
