EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
TO RESERVE YOUR BOOTH
Complete the contract for exhibit space and return it with your check payable to CAPCA, or credit card information. Any faxed contracts must include credit card information. Companies requesting an invoice for their booth will not be guaranteed their booth preference until the invoice has been paid.
Be sure to note your five preferred booth space choices on the contract! Preference for booth location will be based upon arrival of application with payment.
EXHIBIT BOOTH RENTAL
Agri-Expo will be held in the Exhibit Hall at Disneyland Hotel. Conference registration and breaks are located near the Exhibit Hall. There will be a Label Update CE Meeting & Welcome reception held in the Agri-Expo hall area Sunday afternoon.
Booth:
- All booths are a draped 10’ deep x 10’ wide space and come with:
- One 500-watt electric outlet
- One 6’ draped table
- One Chair
- One Wastebasket
- Identification sign.
(no substitutions are allowed)
Booth rental also includes
- One Complimentary Registration
- Advance and on-site publicity
- Security
- General overhead lighting
- Carpeted exhibit hall
The Exhibiting Company has yet to be determined but will furnish any additional furniture or accessories. A complete “Exhibitor Information Kit” will be e-mailed to your company several weeks prior to the conference. Be sure to pre-order additional furniture or accessories; on-site will be more expensive.
SHIPPING
Booths cannot be shipped to the Nugget Hotel. Make one of the following arrangements to guarantee delivery:
- Contract the Exhibitor Decorator Company (see Exhibitor Kit information)
- Bring display with you to the hotel and store in your room until setup.
ADDITIONAL BOOTH PERSONNEL
One complimentary registration is included in each booth fee. Any additional booth personnel must pay the conference registration fee. Fill out Additional conference registration forms
CANCELLATIONS
In the event an exhibitor finds it necessary to cancel participation in the 2009 Agri-Expo, refunds will be made as follows:
- Prior to July 15, 2010 - 75% refund
- July 16- Sept. 25, 2010 - 50% refund
- After Sept 25, 2010 - NO REFUND
All exhibiting companies are asked to furnish an electronic copy of their corporate, company or field operations logo showing your name or company signage. A Current Certificate of General Liability Insurance is also requested.
